Psychedelic Swirl Coat, S

Rainbow swirl print coat by The Needlecraft in Atlantic City. The high end store was housed in the casino section of The Brighton, one of the Atlantic City boardwalk's finest hotels. This coat does not have any fiber labels, but based on texture and appearance the shell is silk and the lining is most likely silk as well. Pockets at hips, fabric buttons are "fake" in that they are decorative and the closures are actually snaps hidden beneath.

There is tearing to the silk shell around the collar of this piece, see last product for details. This piece is delicately wearable as is, but the silk will continue to loosen and will need some kind of repair in the long term. The best solution would likely be to hide visible mending with some kind of collar or trim. This coat is a rare, high end vintage item that is priced at a fraction of its value to factor in the cost of an eventual repair.
