Pinafore style dress by Design House. Neon patchwork print with black and white contrast trim and apron. Metal grommet at waist to thread the sash, ties at neck are also adjustable. Open back, unlined. Due to the tie style closure on this dress, sizing is flexible depending on how you want to style this! The skirt can be wrapped fully shut on a waist smaller than around 26” inches, larger sizes will create a gap in the back when worn. The bottom of the tag has frayed, but all other Design House vintage items I've found have been made in Japan.
