Lovely peplum style blouse by Peggy Martin. This cream colored top features yellow floral embroidery and cutout details at sleeves. Buttons up the back. This piece predates fiber/washing labels, but based on texture and appearance it is most likely rayon. This top has some mild discoloration in a few spots, including color and body. Marks aren't particularly noticeable, but this top is priced to reflect flaws.
